Shockingly bad service and incompetent communicators. Only use this company if you want to take a trip down Alice's White Rabbit hole. They failed to acknowledge my order but still debited my credit card. They asked me to produce an order number saying they could not find my order of £78.36. Even though they had not confirmed my order had been completed.
They then notified me that they had cancelled my order. When I pressed them for a refund they then partly refunded my order by £7.48 but without any explanation. On pressing them again they said that the refund was because they did not deliver the complete order due to the lack of a vase. I asked them for confirmation that any my order was delivered, and for an order number, or to send me a refund. They asked me for a copy of my C.C. statement. I sent them copy of this. The responded by saying simply "my order status on order No. 3116837 had been changed to "cancelled."
There really isn't enough space on this site for the full story, but suffice to say their answers to my simple questions, became so surreal and unrelated to the reality of the situation, it would be actually hilarious should they not have still had my money and not delivered anything. In the end I had to get my credit card company to chase them up and get me a refund.
They should change there companies name to "Looney Tunes"
Seriously, this company are the most incompetent, unprofessional and uncommunicative company I have ever dealt with. Simply just bad.

    BlueMAX advertises 24 seven flower delivery across Canada US and Australia saying they’re the best flower delivery service in Canada yet when I placed an order on Tuesday of this week to be delivered for today on Friday the order still hasn’t been delivered iPhone customer service they said we’ve had to give the delivered to FedEx and they do not deliver on weekends I said well it isn’t the weekend this is Friday and I ordered on Tuesday for delivery on Friday and they said well there’s nothing they could do about it the delivery will be on Tuesday of next week at no time was I

At first I had no issues with this company but in the last month, it’s been awful. it started with them not delivering the flowers I ordered on the day I picked and without any explanation as to what went wrong. They did not offer a discount or even a better bouquet. Then I picked a new day and to my surprise I got a delivery notification on a day I had not chosen.. once again, they could not explain what went wrong. It’s a shame because my friend was away and those flowers died at her apartment front desk. It looked like those would have been a decent bouquet at least. FINALLY today was the real delivery day and the photo below is what she ended up with.. this is $10-15 cheaper than what I picked. I just figured after messing up 3 times, they wouldn’t have cheaped out but here they are. Will never use again or recommend to anyone.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered an array of blue flowers for my mothers birthday...she loves the colour blue. I paid $70...money is not the issue. The problem was she received an array of funeral carnations. Red and white bouquet. I have been back and forth with one or two people regarding this. I have been brushed off by about 5 other people on this as I have contacted customer service to no prevail. This company takes your money and sends out what they please. Read all the reviews before you purchase. There are other options out there. This company should not operate with such awful tactics.

My friend recently celebrated a special birthday and she is an Artist. My daughter and I spend a lot of time trying to select the bouquet that would represent her and decided on a 36 stem bouquet of white and light pink flowers with a few roses. She received a bunch of bright yellow, red, purple, flowers with bright greenery without any sign of pink or white or roses. I should have simply ordered "whatever" because this is what was received. When I complained and sent pictures of what was received I was told that the order could not be guaranteed to look like the picture and that no refund or reimbursement would be possible. The next day I was telling my neighbor about my experience and she said "well at least your flowers were alive. I sent flowers to a funeral home and I suppose they didn't think the bereaved would notice if the flowers were also dead". Gotta say this is one company I won't deal with again ..................ever.

I'm not one to complain. And honestly I never thought I'd ever write a company review. But Bloomex has exceedingly poor customer service and all types of hidden fees that I couldn't resist sharing for the public's benefit.

After placing an order, I immediately tried to cancel as I began to read company and product reviews. Within minutes of placing the order, while it was still in the processing phase (before I got my confirmation email), I chatted their team from the website with my request to cancel, they took my order number but never responded again. I called, sent to voicemail as they had 'high call volume', I left 2 voicemails both voicing my intent to cancel the order, wrote an email with the same message. No response on any channel. 48 hours later, I called back, this time pressed #1 to "place an order" and got ahold of someone. They then transferred me to another department who told me it was too late to cancel without a $25 cancelation fee. However, had I cancelled within 24 hours, as intended, the fee would have been waived.

Honestly, I thought this company was a scam because it was IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone and when I finally did, I was transferred to countless deadlines and voicemails.

TLDR; Would not recommend EVER purchasing from here, BBB should investigate their cancelation policy in conjunction with their realistic customer service response time. If I could give them a 0 Start rating, I would.

I had ordered flowers and a vase for my wife's birthday. I paid extra $19 for express morning delivery.
1) Delivery came in the afternoon
2) Pictures on website do not conform to what is delivered. I got smaller flowers than pictures and in early stages of bloom, so the bouquet looked empty.
3) Vase was not delivered. Delivery person called the warehouse himself and all he got was voicemail.
I tried calling all day to the customer service - kept getting voicemail and left messages - nobody returned my call. I tried the "LIVE" chat option on the website. What a joke - its a robot that provides non-sensical answers to my query. When I finally "argued" with the robot to provide a representative. A rep came on and said "I will be with you" and never replied back. They take your money and give half the quality.

My mother is homebound. Due to covid I cannot see her. I ordered flowers for her Birthday, they were suppossed to be delivered 4 days ago! When I emailed they said the driver said no one was home and no one answered the door.
This is a complete LIE.
My mother is homebound due to health issues and there are 2 caregivers who live with her (due to the covid restrictions). The worst part of it all...my mother thinks I forgot her birthday and that I do not care about her.
Bloomex just made my mom cry. She was depressed already. Now, this. And now Bloomex will not reply to my emails! DISGUSTING.

They took my $91.36 and will not reply to my emails!

Ordered the Lindt chocolate and white wine basket for my wife and paid extra to make sure it was here in the morning. Arrived at 5 pm and when it was opened it was random chocolate and candy. My wife cant eat candy due to dental issues but love lindor chocolates. Not one lindor....all random off brand chocolate. The basket was literally a lindor basket online. They emailed me that they can substitute. I agree if they are missing one or two items but this was ALL of the basket and not even 1 lindor. They did refund the money but i have no trust for them. It also looked like they were a local company in winnipeg but the address and photos do not actually exist. Shipped from calgary. Would never recommend

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this scammer but I was really excited about giving my business to a Canadian company. Big mistake! Look at the pictures. Expectations and reality. Ordered a deluxe wicker basket of sunflowers and lilies with an 18" balloon and received this. They couldn't even inflate a balloon properly. When I contacted them, they had the guts to say it was within their policy to make substitutions based on availability. Really? 85% of the arrangement was not available? I would have cancelled it. Better nothing than this shame! Did anybody try to dispute the charge with a credit card company?

If i could give 0 stars I would. Ordered some flowers for my wife’s birthday and never received. Called in. They said they’ll reschedule delivery. I accepted it as last resort. Guess what? No show! And they won’t refund so I had to claim via credit card company.

Utterly annoyed at this awful company. I’ve seen FB ads for Callia and they seem to have glowing reviews. I’ll give them a shot!
