These are the most cold hearted service I have ever used. They promise same day delivery but you will get the flower after a week time. The customer care executives never care about our order. All they need is money in their pockets and after that no service from them.

Kindly choose local services and call them directly. Never choose Bloomex.

Ordered a gift basked for my sister who broke her leg. Looked nice on the website and the packaging was pretty but there was practically nothing inside each elegant box or bag. It was a big disappointment and probably only worth about one-third of what I paid for it.

Worst ever!!! I made an order for my child's birthday. They were very quick to take my credit card details. They did NOT deliver on her Birthday as promised and per the verbal agreement. A little child waiting for her 9th Birthday present as her mother had to urgently leave for work to attend to sick patients ( I am an essential govt worker). I had someone stay home for the entire day - to receive the package in the event it was delivered early or throughout the day. At 5:1 p.m when I called to get the good news that the package was delivered, there was NOTHING . I was told by an agent at Bloomex that they did NOT have anyone to take the order... at 5:13 p.m. on MY CHILD's Birthday!!!! If I had NOT called them, no one cared enough to call until they told me they called at 4:57 p.m to inform us that teh delivery would be made four days AFTER!!!!!! Imagine the pain and emotional distress they put both my child and my family under. We had to get a caregiver to take her out for dinner and a few purchases of her liking. They really messed up the day. However, I called in and was assured my a so called Manager that th order would be upgraded to make it a special order for the inconvenience and asked that I give them the opportunity to make it right. That I did. To my surprise, the order came in a BOX, defective balloons ( small) I paid for and ordered 18' balloon, a teddy bear wearing Bloomex shirt ( I did) not ask to PAY for a complimentary Teddy bear. I paid $10 for a decent gift!!! I ordered two extra roses -1 pink and 1 white. THOSE were NOT delivered and they refuse to refund ( sending me an email offering a future credit. WHY would I want to do any more business with these dishonest people? The fact my roses were NOT delivered and i was told I would get an upgraded basket - is considered DISHONEST BLOOMEX! Please take note and if I decide to take this to a legal firm, I have my proof. Photos and proof that the roses were NIT delivered and I was NOT given an upgraded basket as well as the deceit - the items listed on the website, DO NOT match the items received. I think it's about time this company get noticed by the general public as they are NOT being fair to Canadians. How can you NOT deliver the goods agreed upon and refuse to refund me? Isn't this considered stealing?

    I experienced something similar. They are not just realizing the pain of the person who orders and expects it to be delivered on time as promised by them. I paid extra for same day delivery, but in the evening since it wasn't delivered I tried contacting them to know the surprise message waiting. They said, it will be delivered next week. Not a single sign of not having what they promised in their conversation. I learned a lesson and now on my mission to get a better florist in Canada

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they were cheaply done, looking nothing like the photo. Spoke to the customer’s service department and they gave me a credit on my account. Used that credit to order these flowers for an occasion. What another complete disappointment. Will not be ordering from Bloomex again. The flowers look like I picked them up at a cheap gas station even though I paid 65$ plus delivery for them. So so so disappointed

Ordered anniversary flowers for my parents. They were very quick to take the money from my credit card. Later that day they called/emailed to say that they could not deliver on the requested day and would deliver a day early. This did not work for myself or my parents so I cancelled the order. Cancelling the order got me my money back (after half a day wait!), minus a $25 cancellation fee!!!! Oh they are quick to take, but not so quick to refund.
Terrible (non-English speaking) customer service. I will NEVER use Bloomex again!!!

Flowers for a Baptism Ceremony

Extremely unsatisfied with this company I ordered specific soft colors flowers for a Baptism Ceremony and what I received is was not more than $50 worth of colorful flowers, when I tried to contact them I told them that I would like my money back they said they will emailed me a free label return but this was 4 days ago and no label yet. It seems that the Bloomex company wants me to take their store credit or gift basket from them and all I want is my $189 dollars back. For what I read and a different review page (consumer bureau) they tend to send you the wrong flowers without even trying to correct their mistake. First picture is what I received from them and the last 2 pictures is what I ordered from them.

I definitely will not be using this service again! I had flowers sent to a friend of mine(and even paid extra for the fuller option), and what I ordered vs. what was received are two very different things. I could have purchased a nicer bouquet from Superstore and saved myself $50!! The pics below are what I paid for vs. what was received. I paid just under $80 to have this delivered! Very disappointing! !

    I bought orange roses for moms birthday, plus added lilies as a separate bouquet on behalf of my brother. With all the fees, i paid $186, oh my, was i wrong. Roses were so so, but for lilies- just three thin branches, which did not look anything like a birthday bouquet!! I actually had to combine two, so that the bouquet could resemble something appropriate for the value of money i paid. Still nothing close to it. I will never use tbis company !!!! I bought better looking flowers at a fraction of the price in walmart)))

Awesome service. Ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in Sydney and the flowers arrived the next day and were even nicer than the bouquet pictured. Very pleased with how easy it was and how quickly the flowers arrived. Will definitely use this again!! Thank you!!

I ordered flowers to Australia! They delivered the same day! Excellent service. Just as on the pictures. Very very happy. The bouquet was a bit sam for the price but still good. I recommend ordering larger sizes.
